Mr. Alan SIU Yu Bun has served in the civil service for 36 years in various bureaux and departments. He was the Government Property Administrator from 2011 to 2015. Before joining the Property Management Services Authority in 2020, Mr. SIU was the Director of Administration and Development of the Department of Justice from 2015 to 2019.
